Visual Modes

Included within this section are descriptions of the Visual Modes of the BirbicatorPRO and how each can be applied to varying types of traders.

The Reason Behind Visual Modes

Each person's perspective of the world is different, and we should not assume that each traders has the same understanding or visual requirements to plan and execute trading decisions. The primary reasoning behind BirbicatorPRO providing multiple viewing options is to allow each user to pick how much or how little information is presented on the chart.

Confluence

The use of multiple indicators within any trading system can provide "confluent" direction bias confirmation which if used properly may increase the fidelity of trend signals generated by those indicators. BirbicatorPRO's visual modes provides "presets" of a settings contained within the entire system to help provide users with more or less visual confluence of trend analysis and directional bias.

The goal of using confluence within a trading system is to provide additional confirmation or renunciation of a trading thesis.

Analysis Paralysis

Going back to our discussion about perspective, many types of traders exist with varying degrees of need for how decisions are finalized. At times, too much information can freeze a certain traders perspective into inaction, which may or may not be a good thing against any defined system. In order to minimize analysis paralysis, BirbicatorPRO provides tiered viewing approaches for the systems components to more closely align with the differences in how much information users need to make trading plans.

Visual Modes

Birbicator comes with four(4) separate “viewing modes” depending an individual’s trading style:

  1. Default (Full Mode)

  2. Bands Mode

  3. Momentum Mode

  4. Simple Mode

Birbicator can be applied to any market or timeframe and has been pre-crafted with presets that allow traders and investors to analyze the market with short, medium, or long term goals.

NOTE:

Short Range Bands, our VWAP system, and StochTKD Trend (Bar Colors), are disabled by default in all viewing presets. This is for simplicity of viewing between the modes, and does not necessarily categorize the usefulness of these options as "less valuable" than other options within BirbicatorPRO. Each option can be used separately or alongside the primary mode options depending on the traders perspective and adopted system.

Default Mode

Default mode provides the most information within for the presets for users that want a more complete picture of the logic of BirbicatorPRO.

Bands Mode

Bands mode removes the momentum wave from the visual of the chart, allowing the user to focus on the more extremes of the market.

Momentum Mode

Momentum mode removes the price bands from the visual of the chart, allowing the user to focus on the flow of the momentum wave as part of their analysis of the market.

Simple Mode

For users that are more inclined for simplicity, Simple mode removes the price bands and momentum waves from the visual of the chart, allowing the user to focus on solely the BaseLine as part of their analysis of the market.
